What Doe S A Hymen Look Like?

Barbaresco 2001 (PDB) of the Cecu & Biundo Roero Arneis 2009 (Monchiero Carbone)

We place a Pdb Barbaresco from the excellent year 2001 on the table. Everything there is to be said about this producer is probably already said. We've tried the normal NollEttan several times before but tonight it seems to be something big going on.

Even at pouring straight from the bottle we get us a nice shower of magnificent mature nebbioloparfym straight up in Fejan. Very intense and vibrant cherry fruit hooks arm with magnificently elegant minerality of crushed stone character. The whole package is tied together by a sober soy veil that reveals that it is, after all, soon passed a decade ago the grapes began to bud. You'll love the smell of their fresh maturity and adult vitality.

mouth do not disappoint with its tight tannins who climb the gums and sprinkle down the heavy root, graceful acidity of voluptuously cut that directs munkänslan by alternately releasing past a juicy red fruit and orange citrus acids. For a lovely white sourdough bread and a piece of aged priest cheese, this is about as good as it gets. The wine has just begun to open up in its mature phase and will evolve over several years to come, has no zero ones laying around so I warmly recommend a sight now - lovely old-school Barbaresco!

Arneis from the Roero supposed to be something special and arneis from Monchiero Carbone supposed to be something quite remarkably. The grapes for Cecu d'la Biunda grows in Renesio (which is said to be the origin of the name Arneis) in Canale. You have to have two here, the soil is calcareous clay and can be found at 250-300 m altitude.
wine is pale yellow and releasing a mandatory pears fog when it is poured into the glass. Soon flintrök and stone dust catch up and presented the red carpet for a really deep fruity with pineapple, light peach, and an interesting flora small. A thoroughly pleasant fragrance packages with easy-liked aromatik.
acids are dull but effective with deep resonance, a voluptuous appearance, very nice character. We eat a baked lobster and matching is complete - awfully good.
This is really good but we intend to try the simpler Recite before loading.

Ad Libitum sell over BS for 159 SEK (71 983 No )
