Bordeaux on a budget

We have not really come to understand ourselves on the thing with Bordeaux in the ten years that our interest in wine extends over. We understand so much that everything seems to start and stop there, and that there are people who almost worships the really luxurious palaces like divine monuments and consider wines from there as the eighth wonders.

Our experience of district is extremely limited - some Munskänksprovningar where the field has been at the center has undergone review by a number of years and rate wines we tried. Some have been of a higher class and of decent quality vintages and have not made any particularly lasting impression.
We bought Gute Weiner Bordeaux 2005 Starter Kit for the chance to sample what's on offer in the price range € 15-30 a famously good year as 2005. The first half of the box was tested for half two years ago, the remaining six bottles checked by half blind tonight, with a blasted joker in the form of Rica Solis Rocca Guicciarda 2006 that we will not be able to relax completely.
The notes will be of the short battle in which it was not a particularly exciting or inspiring collection of wines we had on the table.
first An almost ink blue, very dense wine. Black currants, toasted barrels and a little pencil sharpener. Plenty of spices and minerals becoming to dwell on the scent. A little edgy and angular, but very rich, with a kind of grand stiltypicitet where some lingonberry leaves and an appetizing bitter residue will prove to result in the evening most interesting overall impression.

Ch. you Retout Cru Bourgeois 2005 (€ 14.95) - Haut Medoc

second And with sweet vanilla tones and a bit reductive move to begin with. Blueberry, raspberry, plum jam and almonds. Lighter in the mouth than the nose, rounded fruit acids with plush tannins, a certain lightness in the aftertaste. Relatively flat and easy.

Ch. La Grave Figeac Grand Cru 2005 (€ 29.95) - Saint Emillion

third Some grönstjälkiga traits that get this glass to stick out a little. Meat and some other sulky animalitet, expensive Men's Cologne, orange marmalade and pickled cherry liqueur is the slightly eccentric fragrance base. Nice balance with a dull, dark acids and bite tannins that culminates with a medium finish. Funny, but odd representative.

Ch. Pontac Montplaisir 2005 (€ 19.95) Pessac Leognan-

4th ether, dental surgery and intense cherry fruit. Powerful aroma of pink dress and some nice barrels at the edge. The cherries and the pits are very prominent and leads us to suspect that our Italians have crept in here. The mouth is too soft and nice, this is a Smooth Operator that does not make any noise. Rocca Guicciarda 2006 has a tougher structure than this. Fine nose but uncontrollably bland mouth.

Ch. Gaudin Cru Bourgeois 2005 (€ 23.95) - Paulliac

5th Spicy with a dark fruit, lots of freshly roasted coffee and vanilla - identity solved in many ways. Great richness and harmony in the mouth but the overall impression feels super styled in desperate anxiety to sand away any sharp edges. Trist.

Ch. Clauzet Cru Bourgeois 2005 (€ 22.50) - Saint Estephe

6th Another sötfruktig, vanilla and plum embossed studded representative. Not without class and authority, but terribly boring - you feel that only seven years old at the party among a bunch of adults. Sit still and move nothing!

Ch. Bell Grave 2005 (€ 29.95) - Pomerol

7th A bunch of distilled tones in the form of rum and brandy opens up. Almond paste and morello pops up eventually. Roughness and medium intensive fruit acids in good balance with a pleasant mouth feel as a result. Here we probably could have a internationalized Chianti in the glass?

Rocca Guicciarda Riserva 2006 (139 euros) - Chianti Classico

evening's conclusion is the only one of the above wines we are willing to buy again, it is cheapest: Chateau du Retout 2005 which was agreeable to älgtjälknölen and felt the treaty with his typical clear cabernetmarkörer. Rica Solis riserva melted well into the concept and was not very obvious to point out what may well be regarded as a good grade; winemaker's intentions taken into account ...

How To Make Someone Think Your Anorexic Wikihow

Monsanto Riserva 2007 & 2007 Querciabella

A highly coherent cheerleader ( here , here , here and here ) based undoubtedly raise expectations at Monsanto Riserva. The label is one of the lökigare we've seen in a long time - awakens childhood memories come from Nonna parlor where a dusty sun-bleached silk tapestry was eye-catching, with richly ornamented onyxkandelabrar and a brass bowl width filled with plastic fruit as matching accessories.

FV-saving coated with Fèlsinas baschianti but we go to the elegance and allows a Querciabella assume the role of antagonist, we have tried zero juan previous and liked a lot. His wife has örnkoll on the bottles and let me try half blind. Derna Seko leaves the ring ...

Glass number one contains a sheer and transparent wine in a beautiful ljusrubinröd shade. The smell literally rears out of the glass with sparkling bärfrukt, healthy grönörtighet, hot bicycle tube and sweet licorice. Despite its abundance, it gives a very clean and lively impression, lots of fruit and charm that evokes a smile on one's lips.

mouth face fairly stringent acids which gush out the voluptuous bärfrukten together with licorice and a light mineral dwell. Good overall impression of the gas in the bottom and a long graceful tail.
I'd be surprised if it is not Monsanto Riserva 2007 which is in the first glass.
Glass number two is as sheer and transparent down a shade darker. The scent feels considerably more restrained in the first sniffer. This wine has a very different expression despite sangiovesemarkörerna are the same: frisky cherry fruit, herbs, strip of tar paper and a mineral bed of licorice. The levels of the fragrance composition to breathe a little more elegance, or a little more "class" in the absence of a better word, compared with the generous and outward behavior Monsanton.

mouth characterized by rigid shell tannins and tight acidity - a firm handshake as well. Not as fruit-focused with no drier and more mineral, the aftertaste is clearly shorter. This is more consistent with my memory of Querciabella 2007th
Two really quality Chianti Classico from the golden year of 2007. Monsanto was a thoroughly pleasant acquaintance - a very pleasant, charming and personal wine is particularly good in the test context. Available in BS - No 71 654 and costs 199 SEK.
Next Monsanto appears Querciabella as a more austere and mineral dry wine, which is not the whole truth. Querciabella 2007 is a very solid Chianti in the global balance - a complete wine in my mouth and nose. Also in the BS in vintage 2008 - No 94 642 which also costs 199 SEK, Atom Wine takes 129 DKK.

N'EX and Skyliner

With regard to the transfer from the airport to Tokyo (about 70 km) there are several resources that offer shuttle service. The choice must be made on price but also based on the destination station most convenient to the hotel then.
Last year, with the hotel in Asakusa, we took the Skyliner, as the only train to have a stop at Ueno. Up to June 2010, the Skyliner was this:

and walked the route Narita / Ueno in 60 minutes.
But already the signs to the various stops and in the compartments announced a new and faster with Skyliner is only 36 minutes!
Here! It 'truly a sight! Also note that the ticket price has remained unchanged!

Since, however, that this year we will do the JRP, to make the most we will take the shuttle train owned by JR: The Narita Express (N'EX).
Its travel time remained unchanged at 60 minutes, but this train has been replaced by a new model.

course, does not have the spatial form of the Skyliner (indeed, to put it all reminds me a caterpillar!) But seems to be the ultimate in comfort. This is the bathroom! As one of our trains, right?!

The N'EX does not stop but comes to Ueno in Tokyo. From Tokyo to Hot should be 10 minutes by subway.

JLPT N5

Before I came home from work and in the mailbox I saw a big envelope. Oh God! The result of the JLPT .... For now I'd put the soul at peace with the conviction of not passing it, as I opened the envelope I had an incredible adrenaline rush! At the end you're never ready to be judged!
Yet, there he is! The certificate! I've done it!! I passed!!

I know it's the simplest level, but in the end, the mountains are beginning to climb from the bottom!

Tounge Barbell For Sale Cebu

Näsknäpparsvit

We are invited home to B and will try a quartet helblinda glass that will adjust up our humility another couple of sizes, should it turn out.

The glass is really bright yellow with a green stick. The aroma is clean and fresh with green citrus and a subtle sweet appropriation of tropical fruit - pineapple, mango and lychee. In the mouth, we note that high acidity that is about it easy and pleasant way, the midrange feels a bit diluted, but the freshness is intact. Crackly mineral tail is short and sweet. All in all a nice bistrovin that does not make so much noise, but probably might work for most of skaldjursväg requiring a healthy white.
We go automatically to the Austrian Gruner Veltliner.

dell'Alto Cortese Monferrato 2009 (Castello di Tagliolo) Cortese we have in and of themselves drunk many times before, but we blame that it is a fairly anonymous grape. In its best moments, it tends to convey minerality and citrusfruktighet in an elegant manner. Castello di Tagliolo is an old castle near Ovada, Piedmont producing Dolcetto and cortese.
TH wine imports in Copenhagen sell but unfortunately no website.

Glass 2 and 3 have both a mature aura about him. Runner-up is incredibly smooth with sweet plum, blueberry and pencil - clear cabernet sauvignon markers in my nose. Taste is dark fruits with velvety tannins, big and strong but in fine balance. Very elegant impression.
Third glass is quite dark with a delectable mushroom and herb broth with sweet sweet cherries and paint buckets. Everything is in place in the mouth with perfectly rounded tannins matching the fruit ripening exemplary. Really good stuff!
We are confident that cabernet sauvignon is involved in glass two - but from where? We say Bordeaux, just for the sake of elegance. Number three, I have a mature nebbiolo - mid 90s - from a modern producer of barrique and rotofermentorer.

Paul Sauer 2004 (Kanonkop) and Castello di Brolio 2001 (Ricasoli) South Africa and Tuscany, therefore, good wines from famous producers in good vintages. Two very nice and elegant wines of perfect ripeness. To mistake a Chianti-zero number one for a Barolo ninety fiver is not OK ...

Fourth glass is pitch black and completely opaque. The scent is wonderfully rich with dried figs and light Russ misinterpreted as reflections of the Fund. The volatile elements are subtle, but the oil paint survives long in näskanalerna. Intense fruit in the dark dress with blackberries, cherries and blueberries in the center. Faten feels expensive and is beautifully incorporated into the whole - extraordinarily complete fragrance experience. The balance is good, despite a pretty tough tannins acid but feels soft and polished, the finish is longer than long and never seems like surrender.
figs, raisins and intensity brings to mind a really good Amarone of fairly mature ornamental.

Ai Suma Barbera d'Asti 2004 (Braida) The grapes for top wine from Braida may hang around for a couple of weeks extra, until they begin to dry out a bit, hence the raisin tones and the high alcohol level of 15.5%. Very tasty wine that is perfectly enjoyable now but probably can serve themselves for a while. Top class!
We have with us a Rkatsiteli from Pheasant's Tears, a Georgian wine produced entirely under traditional principles - learn more about Pheasant's Tears here and here .
color is amber and the wine is sparkling clear glass. The aroma offers apricot, peach and tobacco - famous tones in långmacererade white wines. Tannins are prominent and glue on the gums, acids are subdued but contributes to a certain freshness. A wine that probably suited to heavy broth-based soups with a big chunk högrev. Superrustikt and with a genuine feeling, but a little anonymous in spite of all the original attributes. We find no clear grape identity as well as the voting methods of preparation. Well worth a try after all - No 71 897 of BS .

Last Christmas present! Tokyo

A Christmas Fimo and I was left without my mother, who had asked me to decorate the lid of his box of cookies, had received a voucher for future decoration of the cover! Then, a little bit because I buy the site from which the material was sold out and a little bit because I had started painting the three goddesses, I was able to give her gift just the other night.
I do not have the full picture of the can lid but I am glad to know that that jar, which is now enriched by my biscuits in Fimo, is the same as when I was little, my mother, and decorated, using color to glass, Saiwa with Gold and Petit. In short, this jar is a little fragment of our past and now this cover!

Pokemon Leaf Green Where Find Pikachu

After exhausting work of conviction, the project finally went to Tokyo 2.0 port! GIAPPONEEEEEE IS BACK!
We found a flight with Alitalia to a really great price: 500 € per person, round trip. Last year with SAS we have spent almost € 850. Quite a difference! Also, traveling with an Italian company, I hope there are movies in Italian. Not that those do not understand English, but I require much greater attention and concetrazione. This year, then I think I'll take something to sleep, hoping that time passes more quickly.
addition to the airline have also changed the hotel. The Bandung, Asakusa, and was very cheap, as the rooms were small, we were very good. But there was a major sore point: almost 1 mile of road to get to the station! Now, the walk early in the morning can also be nice (if it rains or there is a wind that rips off her clothes!) But in the evening when you come back and feet aching so tired and want you to throw on the ground and die at that very moment, you do not really want to mill 1 mile to reach the hotel. Right?!
So this year the choice fell on a mooooooolto hotel close to a JR station, much nicer than the other, one stop away from Akihabara and only 7 euro more per night!
Last year I had not given much importance to the speech or non-JR JR. I found this hotel at 50 € per night and I thought it was fine. Yet the speech also be able to use only a JR line has its own importance for the purpose of saving something.
In short, the transmission lines are divided in Tokyo JR and Tokyo Metro, the latter managed by many different companies. This means that if you exit a subway line, to enter another, you spend a lot more. A bit like the discussion of the connection fee! Better make one long phone call, rather than a lot of very short!
Speaking in particular of the JR Yamanote Line, after a while you realize that the major points of interest have arisen precisely along the circular path of this line and so there is no need to change the line often.

This year, I have also added to the discourse Japan Rail Pass. At first it seems that costs a fortune but then, doing the math, you realize how easy it is amortized by structuring the trip such as this year.
It 's true that it will be amortized more running far and wide as Japan, changing cities every two or three days, but the important thing is even cover the cost without losing. The JRP
from 7 days costs 250 € while from 14 days costs $ 400. Can be used on all JR trains, then Yamanote and Chuo Tobu line to shoot in Tokyo and on all Shinkansen, excluding the Nozomi. And the Shinkansen are really expensive, especially if you want to reserve your seat and be sure to sit down! The book costs about the same as the ticket!
So, we planned Kyoto, Shizuoka Hobby Center with Bandai and Bandai with Omocha no Machi Museum.
I have consulted the site Hyperdia (really convenient to get prices and times) and I did the following calculation:
13,220 yen (one person one way!) From Tokyo to Kyoto. Of course, having to come back, should be multiplied by 2! So 26,440 Yen = 6,180 Yen 232.00 €
from Tokyo to Shizuoka x 2 = 12,360 yen = 4,600 yen from 110.00 €
Ueno Utsunomiya x 2 = 9200 Yen = € 80.00
For these three trips, we have therefore total of € 420.00! And here we have already reached the cost of the JRP to 14 days! Virtually all remaining travel within Tokyo is as if they were free!
I just want to clarify one thing. The explanations I've found to get to the Bandai Museum are not very extensive. Or rather, they are, but I do not offer the best solution to achieve it. In fact, most sites I consulted recommended to the last stretch of 15 minutes by taxi. But the taxis in Japan are very dear, and then I would avoid it in this context. So I opted for an alternative solution in order to arrive at the station Omocha no Machi. After this preamble, the explanation would be this: I planned to use the Shinkansen from Ueno to Utsunomya to amortize the cost of the JRP (since in any case the Shinkansen are much faster and have more comfortable seats!) But you can get even with a normal line and takes only 10 minutes more! Since I have studied all this on paper and is therefore subject to errors of evaluation (^_^'), write the route on my return, if everything will be gone for the better!
For now I'll stop here!

How Long Does A Stomach Virus Germ Last

Broglio Barolo Riserva 2004 (Schiavenza)

A quick look back the archive suggest that we so far this year have not drunk a single Barolo. Time for repentance and restoration in other words.

We bought upon us by Schiavenzas Broglio Riserva 2004 but have not tasted yet, Prapò Riserva were tested before Christmas and was building up expectations for substantial rotation brother.
Broglio is a very small winery, not far from downtown Serralunga, which extends away to Ornato. The wines from here tend to be really smart when years have been good, and 2004 may well plainly regarded as such. We pour on the carafe and run away, and shopping.

While lamb outer fillets to revel with banked rosemary, lemon and garlic and we'll take us than it is now easy aired Broglio-riservan. Extremely dark sidenröd with almost black reflections boasts on the glass. We note that we are dealing with a wine that offers itself and eases the veil - intense stone fruit perfume, amarena and furniture polish. Cherry Fruit is really concentrated and is surrounded by slender strings of sunny shingle roofs, plaster dry lime and nutmeg and other delicious krydderier. This is very powerful but noble and stylish.

Tanninstrukturen is young, on the verge of a minor, and hot-tempered with an ability to and cling to the gums and grab the cheeks and mouth. Acids covering the whole range from the treble zing to an orange-toned citrus spectrum in the midrange. The aftertaste is impressively long and majestic. Certainly it is far too young to drink now but it brings clearly a fetishistic pleasure already today - so well composed and structured with a very bright future ahead of him.

Prapò-riservan was more considerate, neat and subtle while Broglion is powerful, extroverted and distinct - Prapò is Dave Brubeck while Broglio is like Keith Jarrett .
Broglio Riserva 2004 is a Barolo that lirar in the highest league, one of the most powerful young riserva we've ever tasted, and that simultaneously radiates elegance and balance, moreover, it will only get better and better over the next few decades.
Carlo Merolli sells both Prapò and Broglio Riserva 2004 for 299 SEK - two very different Barolo and in both cases copiously much wine for the money!

Collemura Rosso Piceno 2008 (San Savino)

Yesterday tested BV-Ingvar San Savino Rosso Piceno Superiore Picus and had any doubts regarding alcohol displacement, imbalance and lack of acidity. We happen to have the easier Collemura, from the same producer, lying as a påsyn feels more or less relevant.

Sangiovese and Montepulciano which has been kept in steel and cement, according producer . Very dense and dark red liquid with a sweet cherry profile in the first sniffer. The fact that oak is not in the picture puzzles, this is namely a lot of brown spices and vanilla, closed by the fruit. Fairly strong and pushy in the nose.

The taste is dominated by the dark and sötmogna fruit led to the altar of some woody tannins and a light, not unattractive, bitter at the bottom. Powerful and rustic but probably haunt the little oak in the mouth as well? The acids are definitely in the lower register in this brew, giving the impression of a hot vintage. The aftertaste is a bit Macallan-vibes with sweetness and old sherry casks, which remains long on the tongue.
We buy but rather the fresh Terrana from Abruzzo, the next time we become acutely hungry for Montepulciano.

Dolcetto d'Alba 2006 (Giuseppe Rinaldi)

label looks to be made of parchment comes from the Dead Sea Scrolls. With fonts, colors and elegant harps which literally trumpeting that: in this cantinan is indeed time has stood still - and we're proud!

Giuseppe Rinaldi belong to the really great figures in Barolo, a former veterinarian who joined and became emblematic of a genuine barolista. He was horrified by cultured yeast and the clinically clean laboratories in which today's modern wine is produced - Rinaldi-basement is largely unchanged since the father Battista days. Il Cítricos passion, of course, the natural yeasts, long maceration and storage of very large and worn Botti - wines that are true to their origins. Fine consolidated info about Beppe Rinaldi found here and Do Bianchis nice visit to cantinan here .

Tonight, we go on Rinaldi Dolcetto and get a dense, foggy and BEETROOT wine in the glass. We can immediately see that we are dealing with a complex Dolcetto, packed with character. Dried roses, really dark and ripe cherry fruit, licorice, shoe polish and a faint touch of turpentine are the backbone of fragrance pillar. A salmiakanstruken minerality adds further depth in aroma bitch. An excellent wine to just sit and voluptuously sniff.

mouth face a dry, finpulvrig roughness and adult acids that fill every nook. The fruit is fleshy and almost dog chews with subtle sweetness of the heart, filling up but still very refreshing. Completely different style than, for example, Roagnas which is more oxidative and soft - this is powerful and focused. Zero sixth grade are perfectly ripe at this time but can guarantee several years of back.
Luscious old-school Dolcetto to be drunk and sniffed with devotion!

Costs € 12.90 of Stefan Topla .

Ankackompanjemang - Lesson Barbaresco

I have a feeling of to our household helps to dramatically increase the per capita consumption of duck in Sweden. This is the result of our weakness for wines that happen to feel comfortable with bold bird and fruktsyrliga sauces. Tonight we will make a favorite in the replay - duck breast with apelsinromsås - that tends to be a nice match to the elegant Nebbiolo. We will compare two different Piedmont appellations from the same vintage - Sells vineyard-lesson: San Sebastiano allo Zoppo 2005 Pelisseros Barbaresco Nubiola 2005th
Lessona San Sebastiano allo Zoppo 2005 (Sella) Lessona is now a vanishing small appellation in the far northern edge of the Piedmont in the Alps, but with vinodlaranor that extends at least 800 years ago. Sella family has grown wine here in 340 years and today they are virtually the only ones to be active within this DOC: n. A blog post about our visits to Gioachino Sella and winemaker Cristiano Garell can be found here .
San Sebastiano allo Zoppo is an old south-west facing vineyard that has been overgrown with vines since 1436th Today's vines have an average age of 75 years and the soil is iron-old and acidic soil with finpulvrig texture and yellow-orange color. It uses 85% Nebbiolo and 15% vespolina which may macerera in 24 days and serve to 36 months in 25 hl-Botti and 12 months on tonneaux . 2005 produced 4000 bottles.

color is no shade darker than you might expect, but transparency is exemplary delicacy. Nasal wall face of rhubarb, rose hips, and a fine minerality in the form of a solid järnfilspånridå. Nebbiolomarkörerna is clear with a tasty little flora - dark violets and dried roses - as well as a distant and dry autumn leaves fire, but everything is so insanely beautiful and well composed that you can almost amazed.
taste carried by acrobatic currant acidity and lands in a fine-grained tanninväv. The fruit and minerality play on each other and intertwine to end up as an intricate macramé, the aftertaste is long and quite intense. The wine is of course very young, and primarily, but gee amalia what good this is!
Barbaresco Nubiola 2005 (Pelissero) family Pelissero has been active in Treiso, as well as in the wine business, the last 50 years and since 1989 is the son of Giorgio helm. It has about 30 hectares of crops including all the regional grape varieties and produces a total of about 120000 bottles annually.
Nubiola is one of the simpler wines of Barbaresco portfolio and made a kind of "semi-modern" style with the help of rotofermentorer and storage on both Botti and used barriques. We tried Nubiola 2005 first time a year ago .

Here we have a denser and darker wine in the glass. The scent is impressive - bigger, darker and drab with tar, asphalt, paint buckets and morello. Rich and charming nose but after Sells polished gem feels like a bautasten.
Some of the perceived clumsiness of smell, will again in the mouth where a rather coarse tanninstruktur is prominent, the acids are of medium height and dark fruit and ripe. The wine is not in any way out of balance, but along with the brackets ballerina from Lessona feels fairly undefined.

Ducks thrive fish in water with Sells San Sebastiano allo Zoppo, a magnificent ankackompanjatör fresh minerality and perfectly balanced acidity and tannins to cope with the fat, sweetness and acidity of the food. Even after dinner, we see us any time stick your nose in Lessona-glass.

San Sebastiano allo Zoppo 2005 buy in Wine Wise for 259 DKK, Stefan Jensen sends now with FedEx to Sweden. Pelisseros Nubiola in vintage 2006 in Gobivin for the facile price 128.95 DKK - wittily worse, at least if you compare with SB / Moestue who want to SEK 300 for the exact same wine ...

How To Calculate My Muscle Percentage

vs Georgia on my mind - Saperavi 2008 (Pheasant's Tears)

A couple of weeks ago I picked up an old issue of the chief butler and as usual I browsed until Ulf Jansson little chronicle of Vinjournalen. This time it was not Bengt Bouquet who figured in the accompanying drawing, but two stern Georgia gentleman with strong whiskers and fur hats where altercation was:
- I think of justice in the new world wines are so one-dimensional.
- Yes, show me the Bordeaux who stand up against a Saperavi.
The text was then Georgia's long wine history and the fact that it produces wines of very high level of local grape varieties - mainly white and red rkatsiteli saperavi.

This got me be a bit curious about the wines from Georgia and for a search on SB appeared producer name Pheasant's Tears up. A few days later, type BV-Ingvar a post , of \u200b\u200balmost para-psychological plane, on a pair of white wines from the producer said.
I give not attempt a more detailed presentation of this producer that I know that Ingvar will soon attend extensive testing the importer Georgian Wine Legacy 's catalog. We are however terrible nysgerrige on how this smells and tastes, so we pour directly.

A powerful black-red and dense liquid like steps on the bottle. The scent teleports us right into the barn where we may sniff at the goat, cow and through sensible horse. Blue cheese and light whiff of vomit makes us begin to consider a real airing of the wine to access the goodies that we think we know behind all funky odors.

Work - yes , quickly tripping the prunes and blackcurrant out of the spotlight. English fruit cake, sweet licorice and slightly medicinal herbs toner runs at but a bit annoying stearinton would not quite let go. Fragrance Collection gives, after aeration, associations with bio-Cabernet (both Sauvignon and Franc) and subsequently adopt actually somewhat bordelaisiska guises.

The low alcohol content (12.5%) spend a lightness to munkänslan that is difficult to imagine when you take snuff in the wine - it would taste as intense as the smell so the wine had been heavy and difficult drunk. I would probably not call the potability of the "high" but a considerable freshness can be felt around the tobaksbemängda core, leaving a hint of bergamot in the finish, and together with tobacco tone is shaped into a pouch General Snus, running into the slender wormwood bitterness.

Saperavi from Kakheti will definitely investigate further. This resulted in - despite all the obscure scent impression - you want more. Lovely unconventional vinifieringsmetoder and a tough grape that surely feel good to lie to themselves for a while in bottle. Hearty aeration walkers, however.

Etna Rosso 2009 (Tenuta delle Terre Nere)

When we tested through all Tenuta delle Terre Neres wines, it was the basic version of Etna Rosso that appealed to me most. We were also very fascinated when it appeared helblint for stiff a year ago . On both occasions was the 2008-ball which made us think Burgundy or Piedmont and pinot noir or nebbiolo instead for höghöjdsodlad nerello from Sicily. Now there TdTN's wines available in order selection by ad libitum merchandise and Etna Rosso-normal of the vintage 2009th
We pours, with great confidence, raised the very transparent juice for homemade pizza with 50/50-dinkel- and flour bottom draped in lovely sweet prosciutto - which is put on after baking, Blimey!

Nerello mascalesen was initially pressed the big button, charm and ladles up hearty scoops of sötmogna strawberries and raspberries bathed in sweet cream, but soon we are more familiar, more slender hints of cranberry, red currants and cranberries in the glass. Some spices as cloves and currants supports together with some volatile characteristics of turpentine and linseed oil. A good fragrance composition with much charm, though we do not have the cheeky minerality from zero eight.

mouth is harmonious with refreshing fruit and acidity and light-hearted youthful piercing tanninstruktur. Wine aromatik a lightly perfumed character in the mouth that did not make any noise in the nose, perhaps it is this which usually assume nebbioliska pinotska and shapes of these may not seem in the ninth grade for zero otherwise.
2008: an was kaxigare of crackling mineral-laden countenance, while the 2009-ball is a bit more hair carefully combed smooth and fruity - maybe even a little on the "international" side. This vintage is not much that controls reminiscent of Burgundy or Piedmont - more towards lighter and cleaner central Italians. With that said, it is TdTN's Etna Rosso 2009 a lovely matvin in its fresh but intense style, and for money (123 USD) you will not find much else in this genre, which is at such a high level on the SB.

Italian Wines 2011, Köpenhamn

Time for year's Vini d'Italia , this time in the House policy on the Town Hall. All show participants are not listed yet but I suspect that this presentation will be similar to last year's .
